Hard to tell, with so many variables at stake. But, like I say, I could be a combination of incompetence and not having the right business acumen. It's also very likely that he grossly estimated the sales volume in the last quarter, and now he can't face shareholders. He has been such a dismal failure in all his previous business ventures that the market does not believe anything he says. Honestly, he has put out some positive PR's over the past couple months, but instead of going up the value has gone down. This is really a bad situation all around.
