Pat, That is an excellent point I missed but I am not sure it matters with NYSE approval. If the NYSE reviewed the prospectus and approves it, they understand the law much better than us. I suspect it means all issued shares are proportionally reduced.

Perhaps Rad could ask this final question to our pro bono attorney. If not and Francis contacts me, I will ask him this question and pay for the time (if necessary) to get this answered.
