I have been in management for well over 30 years and yes accountability is the name of the game. I was held accountable for my store even if It was my off day, and if anything happen it was my fault or responsibility. Roger has the same responsibility to take care of his share holder good or bad. Its his job to let us the share holders now whats happening. If there is a delay with the Audit he needs to let us know that there will be a delay and what happen. If Roger has news about some franchising he need to let us share holder know etc. At the end of the day Roger works for us that is why he decided to sell shares. So yes the responsibility does lie on Roger. By leaving his share holder in the dark is not right or moral Roger needs to start letting the other owners " us " know what is happening to our company. Sometimes the truth hurts !!!

I am and always will be AMFE long. however our CEO needs to start stepping up to the plate and start taking care of his Team !!
