ZINDEL ZELMANOVITCH
Mr. Zelmanovitch has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 2002, previously serving as the President and a Director of the Company (including its predecessor) since 1986. From 1982 through October 2000 Mr. Zelmanovitch was President and a director and stockholder of Freshstart Venture Capital Corp., a public company which was licensed as an SSBIC and was listed on NASDAQ. He has also been licensed as a Real Estate Broker by the New York State Department of State since 1976. Mr. Zelmanovitch is also a director, officer and stockholder of Veritas Financial Corp., a stockholder and former manager of the Company. Mr. Zelmanovitch had been the Secretary and Vice Chairman of the National Association of Investment Companies, a trade association for private equity firms focused on the emerging domestic market. Mr. Zelmanovitch is currently Chairman, having also served as Vice President and Director, of the Council of Jewish Organization of Flatbush (COJO) since the fall of 1996. Mr. Zelmanovitch received an M.B.A. degree from C.W. Post Center of Long Island University in 1979.
