Reading the 8k it occurs to me that:
the publication has to be after the ASM because a publication is one of the triggers for accelerated partial vesting of employee options, and presumably the terms of said vesting have to be approved prior to the publication.
Most journals will pull a publication if the authors/sponsor publicly discuss the major findings before the journal publishes, which leaves Monday and Tuesday morning for the publication. Unless of course LP plans to say nothing on Tuesday.
