The CEO has promised audited financials at least a half dozen times, even giving specific time frames for their publication. Not one audit has appeared. Last year Brewer tossed around the name of a reputable auditor, but when it came down to the wire, the company and the auditor supposedly parted ways over a "timing issue." lolol I can find no information of any type that he ever engaged that firm ... or even contacted them.

What we have is a filing outlining supposed revenue the company "Created." Not earned, not accrued, not realized ... but CREATED!!

Wow!! Such a deal!!
