Based on the financials I have seen and many reports I have read I believe the dividend will be just fine. Macy’s still makes more cash in profit that the dividend. Not only that it’s paying down debt and might soon resume buy backs. I’m not a dreamer, Macy’s is no Amazon but it’s current price is quite sustainable. If it was in the 40’s I would probably sell
