Since he raised the AS by so much he probably won’t do an R/S because he can raise funds by adding shares.
The only good side I can see is that the commons have voting rights which is not common in the otc.

Personally, I am down by over $40k. I’m not a happy camper here but with luck, may be able to get my money back in the near future.
