BBanBOB, if there is this shares for value exchange. IMO the value of the "P & K" will NOT be part of that exchange - IMO

When the “Preferred Capital Trust”, which was the old “Corporate Structure” of the old parent gets inherited and transferred to WMIH the new parent.

The new parent WMIH will also assume the liabilities of those old “P & K” preferred holder, and again IMO will keep them intact, but pay back any interest and dividend payments to date.
