Now I just hope a share for value swap is what IS IS IS gonna happen here, I for one see it as the cleanest thing they can do and to make this whole wrong ordeal just about as right as one could make it now!!!!!!!!!!!

It puts everything almost right back to where it was share count, but this time around with ASSETS and ZERO debt.................

aprox 300 mill out
400 mill with KKR and there ya have it real close to the 1.7 we had before AND leave us with about 1.8 bill to still wheel and deal with...........
