Of course they do - Les (Len), LP, and MB (and LL and other scientists) are not blinded to the blinded analyses or publication. They have read exactly what is going to be published (the submitted draft), and have known for months exactly what the results are. I believe that is why they had the confidence to do the Cognate debt exchange deal - they are sure they are going to make money on it. I am also virtually certain that Bigger, who invested $12 million of his own money, has also seen the manuscript that will be coming out. That is part of what the non-disclosure prevented him from talking about. It also explains the high confidence he has shown about upcoming results.
