Ok for the 459th time....It is the same piece of property. How can 2 companies claim the same piece of property to mine gold, silver and copper. Answer they cant so the fact that in 20 years Barrick has not mined one single ounce they dont have title to do so therefore they are committing fraud. If the RCMP or BCSC would have went to Chile we would have heard about it by now so nope they havent. So are you sure that the evidence in Chile is factual or possibly people bought off by Barrick or maybe even Luksic. You do realize that corruption is rampant in Chile so maybe all the the court cases are bogus. The fact that this is 20 years deep and still going does tell you that something is very wrong somewhere. If the BCSC would have went they could have talked first hand to find out what is going on and why this is taking so long to come to an end. They could have went thru and talked to Judge Kosich and found out why did Barrick sue her and what are they doing about it. There is so much that could have found out but alas didnt. They could have brought their file against BJ and went over all of the points with the court system to prove what is true and what is not. There is so much that the BCSC could have done......
