Seems clear RIchie is not making money enough to defray his expenses. This of course assumes he hasn’t been lying about Sales. If he has, everything occurring makes perfect sense as it is the normal path for scam stocks. If he hasn’t, he’s just following the path of the last 8 failures.

I said last March and since that without audits and end to dilution I wouldn’t go long, only trade. I said longs will lose all if one of two things are true, that Richie is being disingenuous (scamming to fund his lifestyle) or is he being honest, but is just incompetent at running a profitable business. Either can destroy shareholders. No one knows for certain yet if he’s scamming, but history supports the incompetence possibility.

But, in spite of all that, I’m interested investing, once I see audited fins and now a filing with FINRA for uplist to the QB. If RS looks imminent, I will wait til after and buy on the dump.
