Retry much the shame of it. All these sales do nothing for a disconnected Stock. If Richie fixes this for shareholders by folding the other 49% of Bellissima into Iconic in 3 months, it could change things. That will depend on what shareholders have to pay for it. My guess is RIchie will RS before, but effectively double the OS. I’m going to suggest at least a 1:10 and at most a 1:100, then issue new shares to pay for 49%.

Whatever the deal ends up, RIchie will be fine, Fri Night will be fine, but shareholders will be unhappy. I’ll wait for this and audits before I put a nickel into this. Recent share issuances in the wake of $3.3M of projected sales for 2017, are bringing Iconic to it’s knees. Trust in RIchie is dead or dying.
