Something is amiss here! This should not be crashing -- given the record sales in the 4th quarter. You are probably right with massive dilution and the pps could very well be a reflection or function of hundreds of millions of added shares dumped on the market by the CEO. Maybe he lied about 3.1 million dollars sold in the 4th quarter. No one knows for sure, but something is causing this security to nose dive the way it has done over the past few weeks.
