The O/S hasn't changed in a long time 2.4 billion (2014 min. maybe earlier), we have very limited info but I can tell you if you go back and look at the filings in 2014-2015 there was one investor that had 200 million shares, and share compensation of 125 million shares.

Those would have been restricted in 2014, but should have become non-restricted in 2015-2016 time frame, we have very limited info on this, but thats all I can see.

We've also had almost 2 billion shares traded volume over just the last 10 trading days, so IMHO those shares were already sold into the market and the float should be FLOAT=O/S (maxed out).....if this is not the case, its got to be very close....
