YES LOL, When someone brings in financing, takes over the the company and that same individual stays there and orchestras its restructuring, its name change, its 300/1 R/S, becomes its CEO and then fires all the employees and even brings in his brother for a few years, yes that is a sure thing he has been running the company from the start. Guys that refinancing struggling companies often take them over, especially in the penny world where cash is king and without cash they simply disappear. It is the old rinse and repeat story.
Like I said this company has spent over $35M in G&A sales and marketing in those 18 years and they have not made one single real ongoing revenue sale in its history. Where do you think all that money went to. Once again too obvious!
