Since I've been following this forum, it has ALWAYS been a good time to accumulate more and more shares.

At what point and under what conditions does it finally become an UNfavorable time to accumulate more shares?

Perhaps that time will finally come when Bruce finally fulfills his promise regarding the 90-day strategic partnership deadline.

I dare anyone to give a straightforward answer regarding these two questions:

Did Bruce fulfill that promise?

Who is the Strategic partnership with?

I can't put it together and I'm still waiting for an answer.
