Debtor shares will be added to the OS every quarter. We all know that, it's expected, and well documented.

What's new is some of those shares finally, after many, many months, fade it into the float.

My assumption has been the debtor shares were issued. But the debtors weren't actually selling at the time. It's the most logical explanation for the OS increasing but not the float.
