I have also been following this board for some time and appreciate all the posts and opinions by people much sharper than myself keeping us informed. Please excuse my ignorance on investing lingo. I put (maybe foolishly) a lot of my eggs in this basket and get woozy every time I check in on it. I have some questions (I should have researched before buying in) I was hoping someone could answer. First, if MD invented this technology some 15 years ago and as promising as it seems to be why was a golf company headed by PN in Utah picked to spearhead clinical trials for it? Is not someone, somewhere that came up with this technology not fuming mad about the lack of progress BPTH is making? Again excuse my ignorance but if legal action is taken and BPTH applied these votes incorrectly what does a favorable outcome look like to the investors? Or is there one?
