It'll be three more months until the 20-F annual report is filed.

Quarterly reports via 6-K's would reflect transparency. And the gagged transfer agent is not a great sign either.

What people thought was the OS and what the OS actually is, well....

Let's just say there were some serious misconceptions floating about.
