No need o state the obvious. The system is corrupt. But I’m sorry to inform you that the pps is soft and will stay that way till the company forms it up with a real trial start.

Every time they PR garbage like they did this week it reminds everyone of the delays. It says, “We’re not starting any time soon!” And it gives shortys a cue to step in and take some quick profits.
