I totally agree with you Ruffie. We (the owners, the shareholders, the faithful) have now gone over 2 months without a substantive update from VirTra's CEO. If the expectation is that we will all calmly sit back and relax and wait 2+ more months until Q4 is announced then that is the definition of insanity.

At this point the company obviously knows the final Q4 revenue number and the final Q4 EPS number. Why not simply announce these as preliminary numbers and accompany that in some sort of business update PR?

In my opinion, the reason the company does not typically do this is because they have no respect or appreciation for their shareholder base. They also do not understand that potential stock buyers would find this information helpful in making a buy decision on the stock. Perhaps some VirTra customers would also find it helpful in maybe pulling the trigger on an order knowing they are dealing with a forthright company that keeps all stakeholders informed. There are legitimate business reasons to provide an update yet these guys prefer to keep everyone in the dark. Very disappointing.

The CEO likes to think VirTra is a top tier company. Top Tier companies do not wait 90 days after year end to announce results. They typically do it in 25 to 35 days. Top Tier leadership does not say "we expect to be on Nasdaq by Jan 1" and then stays mostly silent when it does not happen. Quite sadly, I could go on and on.....
