I've been making a dividend killing in REITs. SFL, CIM, O, MITT, ARI, etc...some are in the 10-12% yield range, but, like you said, they ranges are so stable they rarely, if ever, trigger buys or sells using AIM. That to me is pretty low risk investing for an average 7-9% dividend return that I can plow right back into more shares.
