MM are shorting it...very clear, Level 2 says it all
Manipulation with 10K shares whacking when ASK was 0.017, they whack the bid 0.014 with 3K shares..

I suspect they were short from 0.028
I am out of money for another 3-4 days or I would have grabbed them by ballz with news this week

This is how they manipulate stock to accumulate shares and do the pump later
