Don't get me wrong. I am long AUPH. I am far from an expert in this sector but logically speaking the only way BP would buy this is if its offered at a discount (to justify the risk of p3 failure). Why would Glickman sell this at a discount if he believes in a big success of Voclo? Surely it's better to wait for p3 results and then sell as they are fully funded until the trial is over.
