Fake 9 million ask is back, here is why its fake.
No one wanting to sell 9 million with any trading experience would put it up in one block, you would wait for the bid to build and match the bid, go from there.

We are witnessing an old tactic to incite fear and entice real sellers.

Good luck, no one has "dumped off" and I doubt anyone will.
