Ok, I look at it like this, although I would love to get the shares .01 I do not have the experience and expertise that the other person has and I did not do the sacrificing that they did to get to where they are.

They negotiated these option in the employment agreement with Zion Oil, just like a lot on here have negotiated things in their employment agreements.

Difference this happens to be one we hold stock in and do not work for nor do we have this option.

Once again, its life and life is not fair. All we can do is get the best deal we can.

The other 2 are actually paying more than I did for the shares I recently bought on the DSPP. They are paying 2.31 and I was able to purchase some at 1.92 through the DSPP and get 1.00 warrants.
