Seems that Quell management were too keen to sell out - may be because they know the product isn't worth what they sell it for.

Haven't looked at any detail of the deal - how much did they pay? how may times last years revenues?

We know Andy will not sell for peanuts.

I hope Keith is able to start taking more strategic control over the company though as there should be a number of strategic deals to make if not a full takeover at the right price.
