The article says, "Blüm, a cannabis dispensary located in Midtown Reno, meanwhile, has invested in developing its own cannabis producing capabilities." The question is does Blum have a cultivation license? The way I understand it, individuals can grow their own say, 4 plants??? But "Blum" is a business that requires they grow on a commercial scale. IMO.
