Also, with the audited numbers and up list, AMFE will have access more friendlier financing terms. EVERY growing company needs a cash injection now and then for whatever reason. They won't get raked over the coals nor will they need financing terms at the cost of the shareholder.

In essence, while its not like the company changed with the up list, it is still chugging along like it has been for a while. But, it is a huge milestone and a springboard for so much more and will accelerate AMFE on its journey to #worlddomination

Sure, I get that. Makes sense an I agree that it is a milestone just due to the fact that uplisting doesn't happen over night. It's a lot of work for the company and I'm looking forward to it. But, it's not the end of the world if it doesn't happen in the time frame that individuals on this board is expecting. I believe it will happen just a matter of when.
