Very possible and the sales only subtract after they ship and pull from inventory. Also the seller can adjust the inventory as well or send into Amazon for them to fulfill the products which is always better.

Most prefer Prime over buying from a seller shipping the products as Sapa charges shipping and buyers hate shipping fees.
