I doubt very seriously that this is a scam. However PN has been paid serious money to this point for less than stellar results. My opinion is that he is out of his league and not a capable CEO. I warned Doug Morris in November that the reverse merger would be a disaster for the company shareholders and provide the shorts a field day. He basically blew me off and told me he would not take my calls or respond to my emails in the future. It is my belief that the investment from Roth was poorly designed. Furthermore I believe that the minute they funded they began to short the stock. No risk to them as they had execercisable warrants to cover their short position if need be. Based upon the volume I am convinced that Roth has their entire investment back via shorting and still own their shares and their warrants.
