Saying HF won't 'let' implies they have control over WMIH's PPS. In other words if you won't let something happen it means you have control over it. The only ones who can say 'I won't let WMIH get delisted' are the BOD. They can grow the PPS over $1 (hopefully). Yet they choose to lie and steal - (M+A in 2017, gifted shares).
The HF have no control and are victims like us. Most of them bought in at over $2, I believe. No court actions by them can make the PPS increase.
I wish people would put the blame on the BOD's of the company where it belongs. Shorts wouldn't be able to hold the price down if there was a M+A. Sooner or later the BOD will want to give their gifted shares a value, hopefully. Either that or KKR will want to give their 17M shares a value.
I blame the BOD of this publicly traded company that raised over 400M dollars to make an acquisition, the BOD who lied to us at the last SHM, the BOD who steals millions of shares. It's the easiest out, but the right one. IMO.
