Bought my first Bitcoin (BTC) $10,634, now what?

My gawd but this is some convoluted shit, 1st ever smart phone(req.), 3 accounts(so far), 15 fricking passwords(feels like), Authy, wallets, et cetera et cetera just to buy some BTC which is required to buy the damn altcoins I'm after and that's all I'm after! Whassa matter with using the good old U.S. buck... lettuce... greenback... cucumber...clam...legal tender...folding money?
