Let's contemplate the possible share dilution amount for a possible Texture purchase shall we! If one billion shares at .001 raises 10 million dollars, a company with currently 20 million in revenue annually may realistically sell for approximately about 150-175 million dollars! So to be safe about it let's say a dilution amount of another 20 billion shares! Are we all starting to get a warm fuzzy feeling inside! If it currently doesn't make any sense for corporate to buy it now then their track record proves they will do it and hence leading to the bottom falling out again like when the previous major dilution happened a few months back at .001!
