Well said; unlike most State rules of Civil Procedure, the Federal Rules (Rule 11 I believe) create an avenue for the victim of abusive or fraudulent claims to attack the lawyer filing the bogus suit. I personally have never seen the rule employed, but anticipate we might see it in this case. Eager to view the impending reply.
