The article is now 3 weeks old! I misread the link and apologize for stating things in my previous post that were not accurate! If Venture has raised 80 million since 2014 which averages out to 20 million a year from media companies who have launched their product and now want to sell the company before entering the peak of the digital magazine revolution that is supposedly to be worth in the billions of users and dollars in the next 2-3 year time frame, why the early exit? Even moreso being basically the founding father of the whole concept dating back to 2010! Be very careful here...
