People who subscribed to a private placement were given warrants but you think they are not allowed to exercise their warrants.
I average 6 pp every year and can advise anyone reading this post that the warrants are part of the subscription agreement that the exchange approves before the agreement can be sent out to the subscribers. The agreement is a binding contract between the company and the subscriber.
