The point is that as it stands today the share structure is maxed out eliminating any possibility of dilution that you were referring too...and as of January 12,2018 if you multiply the outstanding by the pps...then that shows that the o/s has not been raised...

No it is not impossible to raise the Authorized but they have not done that...so as it stands today there cannot be any dilution...until you get new current filings we will not have any indication of the Authorized being raised...
