Ummmm.... All he's saying is that he only posts popular stocks and sometimes the stocks goes down for normal reasons... and it also goes up. He's basically explaining "MOMENTUM"... which I totally agree with. If momentum is with a stock it goes up , if not it goes down. He also explains healthy consolidation. $GRDO so far has been rising and then consolidating heavily...which is REALLY important for a stock.
