I've had trouble with this for many weeks now, Why is the bottom of this stock .22? Why?

At this point in time I can't name a single reason why this stock trades at such a high price. Basic economics says that the stock price should be eroding away due to lack of sales, the lack of public information, and most of all the overall perception of the lack of effort.
