Probably the most telling aspect of the discontinuance of the TTA in the MTA between LQMT and APPL is that all the patents of Andy Waniuk, former head scientist at LQMT and now working at AAPL are now grouped into those created and developed before the TTA cancellation and those created and developed after the TTA cancellation.

This remarkably demonstrates that since February of 2016 (non-renewal date of TTA) that Professor Li has not kept pace with the developmental efforts of AAPL in the sphere of BMGs and as the patent portfolio to which LQMT has rights, inevitably declines in value as those patents over 21 years expire, while the pace of development by LQMT of successor patents superior to the expired ones is not keeping pace.

This is what scares the hell out of me.

Look at all the patents of Waniuk alone, that have shown promise to supercede outdated and inferior process technology.

Again, this scares the hell out of me.

Rather than appreciating in value, the LQMT portfolio is depreciating in value over time and particularly, without commercialization, reminds me more and more of a pig in the poke purchase of intellectual properties.

The TTA was a lifeline to the most up to date developments.

So, I ask you, who was the genius who decided to cut the TTA embilical cord from CIP to LQMT for the latest BMG scientific developments?

Yep, that deal that Steipp made with AAPL becomes more and more an albatross everyday.

Professor Li needs to go into overdrive to keep LQMT a valid future entity when it comes to keeping up with the latest technological R and D of BMG.

Again, this scares the hell out of me...

What do LQMT shareholders actual own?

Have a great week as I prepare for another birthday without commercialization and nothing tangible in the PPS to celebrate for 15 straight years.
