This security was never "LISTED", a listed security is one that been listed on an EXCHANGE. This piece of shit was never on an EXCHANGE.

This was simply a QUOTED security on OTC Link, an OTC Markets service. Your shares are permenantly done in a public market FOREVER. That CUSIP can never be used again and will forever remain private.

You can write it off this year on your taxes up to $3000, that is the only financial benefit you will ever get from SLNN.
