I didn't have this stock until a new BOD was announced. After seeing the new board is aligned with value investing and they follow BRK I bought no questions asked. Just another call option. So is the new board aligned with shareholders? I think so. They want to retire too!

As for the 10% float they have the ability to open it up when they want. So I like it.
