I still have trouble reading him after all these years.

"We have generated a buy signal so some caution is required."

What caution is required? Is he worried that we will reverse back down and get caught long or continue on up?

He's not infallable. I remember back in December 2015 he called this rally "just a bounce"...... threw me a curveball a good one at that
