Thanks mudcat. Important info. Yes indeed, it does look like Monterey County could be the bottleneck that is holding up SIGO cultivation licenses. Not much we can do about that. Hope nobody checks to see if they are still growing MJ after Jan. 1 without a license. Could possibly spell trouble for them if they are, unless they are permitted to do so under whatever authority they had previously for medicinal purposes.
