i unless i deem or see something worthy of responding too am going to stop posting as much. but all believe and know there is a plan b. im giving benefit of the doubt to dan and summus until the last business day of 2006. then plan b goes into action. iam and have not been without legal counsel every step of the way since i made my decision and sold. am glad metrozz is out and wish family was out. it matters not a twit what any think here that im a disgruntled ex shareholder.

but the facts dont change i was lied to by dan and all calls are archived and documented and my post are true. if dans selected phone calls to selected individuals for the last twenty plus months does come true most of the investor hub will be wanting to bail. most will want to share the data dan gave them with seleted phone calls. i am going to give them that email addy in january. as i said they will be more than ready to share all if this doesnt come to fruition by jan 1 2007.

if this ceo does provide audited financials and closing of major loi's i will come on this board first week of january and congratulate you. if not plan b goes into motion.

as for mountainman in my opinion i know who you are. iam close to electronically proving or disproving my gut feeling. also for the board after consult with my lawyer and showing him about two hundred rb post of mountainman my legal counsel pointed out most statements and observations were in sentences always ending with question marks. go back and check. this is a maneuver to cover your arse in case of legal repercussions.

again i will come on here first week of january and congratulate all if things are revealed as i stated above. if not plan b goes into action.

again selected phone calls to selected individuals is very illegal by a publically traded company such as summus/smmw.pk. relevant investorhub post have also been saved.
