The rising 50 day MA line seems to be the best buy in spot on the charts for OTC plays, however I like the 20 day MA or center Bband for big board stocks, $INTV's at the rising 50 day now or close to it so any dip below 1.40 next week won't last and price will reverse higher imo, $INTV
