Most dilution comes from toxic lenders, or deals with friends/insiders. If you want an example look at DRNK's last financial report. Billions of shares sold at .00005 and they were free trading shares so those "friends" could immediately get 100 percent gain selling at .0001. But even with no volume, those shares diluted as they are added to the OS as soon as the transaction took place.

The best penny play of 2018 is out there, and no it's not on the OTC.
